Experienced Immigration Attorney
Ileana Rivera is a seasoned immigration attorney, CEO, and Lead Instructor at Law Ally. With a career dedicated exclusively to immigration law since 2013, Ileana has spent over a decade championing immigrant procedures. Passionate about making immigration processes understandable and accessible, she founded Law Ally in 2024 to provide comprehensive, practical training for legal professionals. She also delivers Continuing Legal Education (CLE) courses through the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Bilingual in English and Spanish, Ileana ensures clear communication and support for diverse clients and professionals.
Education and Professional Background
Ileana Rivera holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Puerto Rico (1993). With 20 years in private and government management, she transitioned to law, earning her Juris Doctor (JD) from Interamerican University in 2013. She is an active member of the Puerto Rico Bar, the U.S. District Court, and the United States Court of Appeals.
